The Healthcare Roundtable

What is a Roundtable?

Each Roundtable group is capped at 45-50 Members to insure the semi-annual Meetings remain small and intimate.  Agendas are designed by the Members and always include extensive opportunities for discussion and exploration of critical problems and solutions.  Member case studies are shared.  Outside speakers are invited to present and lead discussion on topics of specific interest to the group.  Members actively engage outside speakers in far greater depth and complexity than is possible in a standard seminar. Open Discussions at Roundtable Meetings are full of spontaneous interaction on matters and issues that are fresh and “hot.”  Often there is robust discussion around the day’s headlines as they pertain to a given group’s responsibilities in healthcare.

To date there are 12 Roundtables:

"The Healthcare Roundtable meetings are a great way to bounce thoughts around with colleagues, hear new ideas and just have a forum with others in the profession where we can consult, collaborate and casually ask questions that stimulate new thinking.  In between the meetings just trading questions with each other is invaluable.  That sounds so simple, but the casual, informal networking is more valuable than a weeks worth of conferences and lectures."
